High Temperature Dust Filter Bags:
High-temperature filter bag, generally refers to the temperature tolerance of 200 degrees above the filter bags.
High-temperature filter bag, divided into two categories of needle felt and glass fiber cloth. High temperature filter bag of needle felt is divided into Fiberglass needle felt, fluorimeter needle felt, P84 needle felt, PTFE needle felt, basalt needle felt and so on; glass fiber cloth is divided into graphite glass fiber cloth, silicon oil glass fiber cloth and expanded glass fiber cloth. It is made of pure ultrafine fiber filter cloth, which is made of fine hot melt or carousel.
Principle of operation:
The high temperature filter bag is a key part in the operation of bag filter, usually the cylindrical filter bag is suspended vertically in the filter. The fabric and design of filter bag should pursue high-efficiency filtration, easy dust stripping and durable effect.
In the gas box type pulse dust collector, when the dust-containing gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the filter bag through the filter material.
The cage frame inside the high temperature filter bag is used to support the filter bag to prevent the filter bag from collapsing, and it also helps to remove and redistribute the dust.
Characterictics:
1. Filter cloth is based on the thickness of the whole filter layer filtration, belongs to the deep filtration.
2. The depth direction of the whole filter layer is formed by fiber three-dimensional porous structure, from inside and outside from loose to dense, forming gradient filtration.
3. High pollution capacity, long filtration life, low pressure difference.
